How do tooth extractions work?

This procedure will take place right at our Pompano Beach dental extraction dentist office. We’ll completely numb your mouth to ensure a comfortable experience, and will provide aftercare instructions to help you have a more comfortable recovery process.

Are dental extractions painful?

We will numb you prior to your tooth extraction procedure to ensure you don’t feel anything during treatment. Generally, patients experience some discomfort in the 2-3 days after treatment, with pain reducing after that. We generally recommend that patients take a couple of days off of work and have someone drive them home after treatment.

Does dental insurance pay for extractions?

In general, most dental insurance plans will cover a part of your dental extraction procedure. Our office accepts most major dental insurances and will help you understand your out-of-pocket costs before we begin treatment.
