Our CBCT unit produces a three-dimensional view of your jaw, so bone height, bone width, nerve position, and sinus floor are measured rather than estimated. Our iTero and Trios 3Shape intraoral scanners capture the surfaces digitally, which replaces the putty impression tray entirely.

Guided placement with sedation included

Those scans drive a surgical guide built for your anatomy, so the post goes exactly where it was planned. Oral sedation is included at no separate charge on implant placements. Nitrous oxide is available as well.

How long an implant lasts, and what wears one out

With good home care and regular checkups, an implant can last 25 years or longer, and many hold up for life. The post itself does not decay. Age on its own does not disqualify anyone. Bone volume matters more, and thin bone is often something we rebuild with a graft rather than a reason to say no. The CBCT scan settles the question in one visit.

Oral sedation is included, and most patients describe the days afterward as soreness handled by over-the-counter pain relief rather than pain. You go home with written instructions and a number to call.
